Welcome to the Best African Circulating Banknote 2026

Thank you for taking part in the voting process for the Best African Banknote in Circulation 2026 competition.

Before you begin, please take a moment to read the information below.

Competition Voting Process

The voting consists of two rounds.

Round 1 is open from 15 June to 14 July 2026. During this stage, participants will select the 16 best banknotes from a total of 42 nominated banknotes. The 16 banknotes receiving the highest number of votes will advance to the final round.

How to Vote

Voting is conducted on an external platform powered by Fillout.com. The voting link can be found at the bottom of this page.

To participate, please follow these steps:

Step 1 – Open the Voting Platform

Click the voting link provided below.


Step 2 – Sign In

To ensure fair voting, you must authenticate using either:

  • Your Google (Gmail) account, or
  • Any email address that can receive a secure login link (Magic Link).

After successful authentication, the voting platform will open.


Step 3 – Select Your Favorites

Review all nominated banknotes and select 16 banknotes that you believe deserve to advance to the final round.

Once you have made your selections, click the Submit button to cast your vote.


Step 4 – Confirmation

After your vote has been successfully submitted, you will see a confirmation message similar to the example shown below.
