Best Commemorative Banknote of 2025
Dear friends,
On this festive occasion, the IBNS Mosaic Chapter is pleased to officially announce the completion of the vote for the Best Commemorative Banknote of 2025. After the careful counting and verification of all submitted votes, we are delighted to share the final results of this year’s competition.
According to the outcome of the vote, in which collectors and enthusiasts from 56 different countries took part, the Polish 20 Zlotych commemorative banknote was awarded first place, having received 339 points. This achievement reflects not only the outstanding quality of the banknote itself, but also the strong engagement and growing interest of the international numismatic community.
We are especially pleased to note that this year’s vote attracted two times more countries than last year, a clear sign of the increasing recognition and importance of this initiative. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who took the time to participate, share their opinions, and support this project with their vote.
The Top 5 Best Commemorative Banknotes of 2025 are as follows:
1. Poland 20 zloty – 339 points
2. Papua New Guinea 50 kina – 226 points
3. Mexico 1000 pesos – 131 points
4. Turkmenistan 200 manat – 116 points
5. Belarus 80 roubles – 107 points
